Oh no. I’m sorry, was there any warning? Is there anything I can do?

No warning.

Apparently he hasn’t “been happy” for “a while” or “for months”.  Instead of talking about it, he wanted until there was nothing we could do, so he just…he already apparently had someone agreed to let him stay with him, and was just waiting until his last oral surgery went through and that’s that.

Just pray for me, if you don’t mind. I’m going to need a lot of that to make it through this without hitting the bottle.

How do I explain to my two kids their third parent is just…GONE?
